Dr. Irvine would like to inform you that his practice is no longer funded by the Alberta Healthcare Insurance Plan (AHCIP).  As a result, all patients that seek Dr. Irvine's services would have to pay him directly. 

 

IMPORTANT - You cannot be reimbursed for the service fee by the AHCIP or any insurance company.

Why did Dr. Irvine make this change to his practice?

The advantage of leaving the AHCIP is a much shorter waitlist for assessment and treatment.

EXISTING & RETURNING PATIENTS

For Dr. Irvine's existing patients, as you have been informed from his previous practice.  Dr. Irvine has opted out of the Alberta Healthcare Insurance Plan (AHCIP).  

 

As a result, you will be responsible for paying the fees associated with the service provided by Dr. Irvine.
