BOOKING AN ASSESSMENT

STEP 1: The 1st step toward an assessment is a Virtual Screen.

 

SHORT VIRTUAL  SCREEN - $150

• Review of the completed intake form with consent for assessment and treatment.

• Virtual assessment (Video) is about 15-20 minutes and involves a short review of issues to determine whether a more detailed assessment is required.

• If further assessment is considered reasonable, the $150 is applied to the cost of the more comprehensive assessment.

STEP 2: If it is decided that a more comprehensive assessment is required, Dr. Irvine will arrange an appointment with you after the virtual screen is complete.  The cost of a more comprehensive assessment is as follows:

MINOR ASSESSMENT - $500

• Minor consultation is for single issues, for example, knee pain, shoulder pain, etc.  The time for the assessment is reduced; thus, individuals with pain everywhere or multiple issues require more time for the assessment.

• The assessment is typically 60 minutes in duration.  Following the assessment, a diagnosis and plan are reviewed.

COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT - $750

• Comprehensive consultation is for more complex issues requiring more assessment time.  Issues involving medications, diffuse pain, multiple unexplained symptoms, etc.

• This assessment typically takes 90 to 120 minutes, with a review of the diagnosis and treatment plan.
